How do you identify the
best candidates when you have applicants applying for entry-level
or semi-specialized positions and limited resources? Our Remote
Profile Interpretation service can provide you with an inexpensive
but psychometrically sound snapshot of candidates' strengths and
weaknesses. This can be useful in matching candidates' work-related
behavioural characteristics to identifiable job requirements.
There are two components associated with Remote
Profile Interpretation:
Testing
Client organizations, having been trained by Ellis
Associates, administer one or more job-relevant personality instruments
in the client's own office. Completed answer sheets, along with
a job description, are forwarded to Ellis Associates for scoring.
Report
Upon receipt of the scores and the job description,
an Ellis Associates consultant prepares a two to three page report
that is faxed or emailed to the client. The report identifies:
- probable strengths & possible weaknesses
- areas of potential difficulty in job performance
- questions that can be used in a follow-up interview
- issues requiring clarification or that need
to be verified through reference checks
- suggestions on how best to manage the candidate
following a decision to hire
The report is returned to the client generally
within two working days of receipt of the original tests.
