Before joining Ellis Associates, Chad worked for a variety of consulting firms, including SHL Canada, Jackson Leadership Systems, and the Personnel Psychology Centre of the Public Service Commission. Primarily responsible for individual assessment, Chad has been involved in the evaluation of employees at all levels, using a wide range of appraisal tools and methods. Professional experience includes: providing assessor and report services for leadership assessment centres, conducting competency based interviews, administering large scale ability and personality testing sessions, providing feedback following assessment, and applying job analysis methodology for design of customized selection and assessment practices. Chad has sector experience in industries such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Transportation, Pharmaceutical, Government, and Services.
Chad obtained his M.A.Sc. in Industrial
and Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo.
He has published in academic journals and is active in both
national and international professional associations.
