Diane Locke has over ten years experience in the areas of leadership development and organizational effectiveness, including both internal and external consulting roles. Prior to joining Ellis Associates, Diane created and led the Leadership Effectiveness Department at American Express, where she was responsible for leadership development, management coaching, employee satisfaction, and internal communication. She has also worked as a Professional Services Consultant for Right Axmith and a Management Development Specialist at Scotiabank. Her areas of expertise include organizational development, facilitation, leadership development, coaching and career counselling. She has provided training, coaching and consulting services to a broad range of organizations in the public and private sectors.

Diane obtained her Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology and she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. Diane is active in professional associations and she is an invited speaker and facilitator at conferences.
