Sandra Edwards has been managing Ellis Associates since its formation. Prior to taking on this role, she held administrative positions within both the public and the private sectors. She has been actively involved in a number of non-profit organizations and was a member of the board of directors for a women's centre located in downtown Toronto. She has extensive experience managing and administering projects of all sizes and complexity.

During an earlier phase of her career, Sandra was a social worker in Calgary, Alberta. She has a B.A. in Sociology and is in the process of completing her M.A. from the University of Toronto. Her background in this area has provided her with a unique perspective that is evident in the care that she takes to ensure that everyone is treated with respect and consideration.
